New FA Heading Guidance

The FA announced today that they will restrict heading in all training sessions in under 18’s. There will be no heading in foundation phase (primary level) and from under 11’s to under 18’s heading can be phased in at a gradual level. The details are all available below.

Thorley Manor have been following these guidelines since the club started and will continue to do so. As a club we have always and will continue to support the FA and the guidance given.
